Pride Chat with Rainbow Labor

LGBTIQA+ workers all across Victoria are coming together to take part in a Pride Chat!

Workplace discrimination for LGBTIQA+ people is an epidemic in this country. The only way to stop it is if people come together, unionize and collectively fight back.

Pride Chats are happening in pubs, in union offices, in libraries and lounge rooms - and now, we're hosting one in partnership with Transgender Victoria and Bi Alliance!

If you're an LGBTIQA+ person who has worked in the past, is currently working, or is looking for work, this is your opportunity to hang out with other LGBTIQA+ people, have a chat about what it's like to be an LGBTIQA+ person at work, what challenges you face and brainstorm about how we can work together to fix them.

There'll be snacks and drinks provided on the night, and some of us might head to the pub down the road afterwards if we really can't stop talking!
